Different times

Many diets may have originated from religious beliefs and they had strong restrictions. I don't want to say we live in simpler times, but things are different now and things can be mixed up a bit. The Pascarian diet is an example of that development. I love fish and I don't think I could adopt a diet that excludes fish. This diet has vegetarian diet principles, but it specifically includes fish fish for their richness in healthy nutrients. So it is a win win for me because I get a healthy diet as well as the food I love.

Wonderful!

After a trip to the Canary Islands I've been hooked to fish and seafood. It's really hard to come up with great seafood recipes, which is why I'm glad I stumbled upon this book. Not only is there a handful of recipes to try for weeks, after trying a few I have to say they are quite delicious. The tuna cakes are my new personal favorite. This is an excellent recipe book for those looking for a healthier, exotic alternatives!

What an impressive recipe book! Worth purchasing! Having been told to give up meat I found this book very helpful. It was written for the layman and the information is easily understood. The recipes look interesting and make this new style of eating less daunting for me. This is so much worth recommending to all!
